Cancellation Policy
Payment and Cancellation Policies:
Thank you for choosing Beauty & Bleach! We would like to inform you about our payment and cancellation policies to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for both parties.
Payment:
- All services must be paid in full day of the service unless otherwise agreed upon by Alexz.
- In the event that payment does not go through or the remaining balance or deposit is still outstanding, we reserve the right to charge the card on file within 48 hours of the service.
Cancellations:
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are always happy to accommodate changes to your appointment.
- We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will work together to find a suitable solution 25% of the service will be requested, and this will go towards your next appointment as long as it was within the next two weeks.
Repeated Cancellations:
- If cancellations become habitual or if an appointment is changed more than three times, we will require full payment before time of the appointment.
