Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellation Policies
Thank you for choosing Beauty & Bleach! To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for both of us, here are my policies regarding payment and scheduling.
Payment-
• All services are to be paid in full on the day of your appointment, unless other arrangements have been discussed with Alexz beforehand.
• I completely understand that life happens — whether it’s financial challenges or scheduling conflicts. As long as we talk about it before your appointment, I’m always happy to work with you to find a solution.
• If payment does not go through, or if a balance/deposit remains unpaid, I reserve the right to charge the card on file within 48 hours of the service. In some cases, future bookings may be put on hold until the balance is settled.
Cancellations-
• I understand that unexpected things come up, and I’m always willing to work with you if you need to adjust your appointment.
• I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.
• If you can’t make your appointment, please reach out as soon as you’re able — we’ll work together to find a new time that works for us both.
Repeated Cancellations-
• To keep scheduling fair for everyone, if appointments are canceled or rescheduled more than three times within a short period, I may require payment in advance or a non‑refundable deposit to hold your spot.
